A very energetic and involved P&F Association is a major contributing factor to the success of this school. Meetings are held every second Tuesday of the month. The P&F raises funds for resources and equipment and plays a valuable role in building community.

P&F Representative School Sport Financial Assistance Policy

Under the umbrella of the P&F are the following sub-groups:

Craft/Community Group

Meets to make items for special occasions such as Mothers’ Day and the Fete.

Fete Committee

This committee is responsible for the organisation and smooth running of the Parish and School Fete held annually in August.

Safety House

This is monitored by a conscientious committee made up of parents.


Tuckshop is run by a paid convenor and volunteer parents providing a nutritious menu for children and teachers. The Tuckshop operates three days per week – Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Volunteer helpers are always needed.

  • completed the air-conditioning of all classrooms

  • purchased school resources and teacher ‘wish list’ items to enhance student learning

  • hosted Welcome BBQ for school families

  • hosted inaugural GA Dads’ Night at Wynnum Manly Leagues Club

  • hosted inaugural GA Mums’ night at Casa di Louie

  • supported change to 3 day per week tuckshop trading

  • Mothers’ Day and Fathers’ Day stalls

  • Cadbury fundraiser

  • GA Fete Day

  • supported teacher nominations for National Excellence in Teaching Awards

  • installed signage along pick up / drop off zone areas

  • purchased Yr 6 Graduation gifts

  • approved funds to provide lunch for staff to commemorate World Teachers’ Day

  • approved funds to purchase new bench seating

  • commenced organisation of working bee for January 2017
