​Our first official Parent Teacher Interviews for 2021 begin on Monday 22 March and will run through the week until Friday 26 March. Teachers have individually selected their availability through the PTO app and you are able to access this through the Parent Portal to book in your preferred day and time. Please note that they teachers are generously staying back at school later on the Thursday evening (25 March) to help out those parents who are unable to make the before school or afternoon times during the week. May I remind you that these interviews run for 15 minutes and it is very important that we adhere to the times as closely as we can. If you are attending a before school interview on the MC Campus, please enter the school through the gate on Chestnut Street only. If you are attending a before school interview on the GA Campus, please proceed through the gate between the Church and the Admin building only.

If you are NOT attending a before school interview, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE SCHOOL OR DROP YOUR STUDENTS OFF BEFORE 8:10 (even though the gate will be open). As always, students may not enter the school grounds until there is a teacher on duty before school.

We are still required to follow guidelines to allow for potential contact tracing in the COVID 19 context. As such it is imperative that EVERY adult who enters our school register their details using our school’s QR code. These are currently placed in each of the campus offices. For the duration of the Parent Teacher Interviews, every classroom will have a QR code placed outside the room. Before you enter the room for your interview, each adult MUST register their details using the QR application please. Once registered you will receive a THANKS! message. EVERY PERSON MUST SHOW THIS MESSAGE TO THE TEACHER as they enter the classroom for the interview please (I take a screenshot of the Thanks message just in case it ‘disappears’ from my phone). If anyone answers YES to any of our Covid screening questions, please tell the teacher immediately as you will not be permitted to enter the classroom at this time.
