The Spirit Committee is excited to announce the St Vincent De Paul Christmas Appeal for 2023. This appeal is one that Guardian Angels continues to support for those families in need as we near the Christmas Season.
Millions of Australian families will be spending this Christmas in poverty. Many of them are facing hardship for the first time and have suddenly found themselves frightened about how they will keep a roof over their head and put food on the table let alone celebrate on Christmas Day. Vinnies is taking pressure off families who are at breaking point by providing food hampers, emotional support, and help with essentials.
This Year: Monday 20 November - Fill the Pantry Day
Each year level are asked to bring different items.
- Prep: Christmas Pudding
- Year 1: Fruit Cake
- Year 2: Tea and Coffee
- Year 3: Custard (long life)
- Year 4: Milo
- Year 5/6: Christmas Lollies
- Staff: Fruit Mince Pies or Christmas Gifts
