Please follow the link below to complete your child's online application for enrolment. You will be guided through the form, then asked to review your entries, and finally submit the form.
If applying for enrolment for more than 1 student you will be offered the opportunity to add another application at the end without re-entering much of the information for additional students.

A non-refundable $150 enrolment application fee applies to NEW FAMILIES only ($100 will be applied to the first term's school fees). The fee is payable when submitting an application/s for enrolment. This fee may be paid online via the button below. Alternatively, please contact the Enrolments Secretary to make payment over the phone or in person at 188 Bay Terrace, Wynnum.

After lodging your child’s application please scan and email to pwynnum@bne.catholic.edu.au the following documents:
Birth Certificate (Original must also be presented at enrolment interview)
Baptismal Certificate
Two most recent school reports
NAPLAN results (as applicable)
Any medical or learning reports
If noted in your application: Legal documentation, medical action plans and student specialist assessments.
Please note: submission of an application does not guarantee an enrolment offer. Offers are made only when places are available.
After lodging an Enrolment Application you will receive an email verifying the receipt of your application. Parents will then be contacted and may be invited to attend an enrolment interview. It is important that your child/ren who are enrolling also attend this interview.
Enrolment Statement
Children applying for Prep must be born within the specific dates as set down by the Government. Eligible children must turn 5 by 30 June in the year they start Prep or at the end of July with support documentation.

- Applications for Prep close at the end of Term 1 the year prior to Prep.
- All applicant families are invited to an Open Morning in April.
- Interviews for Prep are conducted by the School Leadership Team during May.
- Offers for places are mailed out mid June. Confirmation of enrolment forms are sent with the offer and must before returned before the end of Term 2 to secure your place.
- A Prep Orientation Morning for parents and students is conducted in October.
- Enrolments for other year levels are welcome any time across the year as well as an intake at the beginning of each new school year. A similar process occurs with interviews and offers of places if available.
- All new enrolments are supplied with a welcome pack including booklists and uniform requirements.
Policies and Procedures Enrolment
Should it be necessary to limit the intake of Prep students at Guardian Angels’, then preference will be given to:
Catholic children (baptised) whose family regularly attends Guardian Angels’ Church
Catholic children (baptised) living within the geographical boundaries of the Wynnum Catholic Parish.
Catholic children (baptised) living beyond the parish boundaries who have a suitable reason for enrolling in the school.
Please Note: Where applicant numbers exceed available places the following criteria will be applied in determining enrolments
Children (not baptised) of Catholic families, living within the geographical boundaries of the Wynnum Parish.
Christian children of other denominations whose families value the religious aspect of education and are worshipping in their Parish. A reference from the families’ ministers or pastors should demonstrate their Christian commitment.
Enrolment of Children with Special Needs
Before a child with special needs can be enrolled, the ‘Enrolment Support Process’, under the guidelines of the Brisbane Catholic Education Office, must be carried out.
