Kids H​​elpline: 1800 551 800 Kids Helpline is an Australian free, private and confidential, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25. ​
Beyond Blue: 1300 224 636 Beyond Blue provides information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live.
Lifeline: 131 114Lifeline is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24 hour crisis support .
Parentline: 1300 301 300 Parentline is a confidential telephone service providing professional counselling and support in Queensland .

eheadspace provides free online and te​lephone support and counselling to young people 12 - 25 and their fam​ilies and friends. If you're based in Australia and going through a tough time, eheadspace can help.
